By having this information at your fingertips, you are in a position to determine the best price to ask for your property.  We will work up a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) for your home so that you can see what it is worth in the current market.

    While a Realtor® does many things, one of his or her most important functions is to negotiate on behalf of their clients. When you sell a home, you want the best price possible.
