A market leader and Luxury Collection Specialist with over four decades of area expertise, Maria began her career in Real Estate in 1974.  She established her own firm, Rampinelli Realtors, in 1985.  In 1996 she merged her company with Prudential Janett Real Estate and became the Rampinelli Fine Homes Division.  In 2014 Prudential Janett was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.

Maria Rampinelli's winning strategies are recognized on local, state and national levels. Maria is a perennial recipient of New Jersey Association of Realtors®’ (NJR) and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ highest awards. Maria has held many board positions through the years from Director to President at West Essex Board of Realtors® and has served on many committees on local and state levels including Senate Coordinator from 1993 to 2001.   She also holds the NJR 40 Years Realtor® Emeritus Award.

Kathleen (Kat) Rampinelli Krannich graduated from Fashion Institute of Technology and worked in the Fashion Industry in New York City. Kat currently resides in North Caldwell with her husband and two teens! In addition to many hobbies, Kat has authored a children's book, writes for the North Caldwell Magazine, loves to cook, and enjoys singing at church.

Licensed in 1985, at first Kat was an 'undercover agent'. She assisted Maria 'behind the scenes' - helping at Open Houses, meeting realtors and clients. Then, when Maria merged with Prudential Janett in 1996, Kat came aboard as part of the Rampinelli Team.

The best part of this career, according to Kat, is meeting new people and helping them find their 'dream home'. It is her own personal satisfaction that motivates her to achieve her clients' goals! Described as having great negotiation skills, Kat has an understanding of each side of the transaction while being empathetic to both parties.

My years in the automoblie retail business taught me that the most important thing is to be a good listener, and to focus on what the customer believes is most important. I see myself as a guide, someone who is there to provide information and respectful input so that my customers, in the end, will confident and happy about the choice they have made. For me, this has always been the most rewarding part of being a sales representative. In the field of real estate, I will continue to endeavor to help customers find the residential or commercial property that best suits their needs.

I have always considered real estate to be an important investment both financially and emotionally.

My approach both in the Executive Search and Real Estate fields has always been and will remain fulfilling the client's needs and desires.

After college, I joined the Navy and wound up in charge of the ships (an aircraft carrier) retail and finance operations. After my tour of duty and an honorable discharge, I was recruited into the Executive Search business and became the top producer for 10 of my 11 years with the firm.

In 1982 I opened my own New York-based Executive Search firm and grew it into a very successful mid-sized business over a 27-year period. Personally, I specialized in creatively handling extremely complicated and sensitive high-level compensation and benefit negotiations, between employer and potential employees.

After selling the firm to my employees in 2009 I wrote and published a fiction novel while completing the sub-division of my 8-acre parcel in North Caldwell which I subsequently sold

Dick Rampinelli is an essential part of The Rampinelli Team. He helps keep the well-oiled machine moving. From help with staging to putting up signs, we couldn't do it without him.

Dick started his career as a Licensed Electricial Contractor in New York City. He owned a successful Electrical Contracting firm in Manhattan working with many industries and well-known individuals before retiring.

In his spare time, He is an avid orchid grower, who has won many awards for his rare and beautiful orchid specimens.  

Yana Yakhnis was born and raised in Russia. She graduated from the Urals Pedagogical University and decided it was time for a change, and moved to London, England. Eventually, Yana moved to the United States and has been here for the past 19 years.

She and her husband live in Verona with their three children, a teen, a first grader, and a baby. They chose Verona because they loved the town and schools, and felt it was very nice and cozy here. Yana likes to spend time with family and friends, hike and picnic in the woods, and enjoys cooking!

Real Estate was the perfect career choice for Yana since she always enjoyed looking at homes with friends. Yana has had her real estate license now for eleven years and enjoys working with Buyers. Her favorite part of her job is searching for, and finding, that perfect house for her clients.
