Kat is described as having great negotiation skills by her many clients, and has an understanding of each side of the transaction while being empathetic and fair to both parties. She guides her clients through the transitioning process each step of the way!

A graduate of Fashion Institute of Technology, Kat worked in various areas of the Fashion Industry in New York City. In addition to many hobbies, Kat has authored a children's book, written for the North Caldwell Magazine, loves to cook, volunteer, and enjoyed singing at church.

Coming from a very entrepreneurial family, it wasn't long before Kat felt there was something missing from her life with her former jobs. Kat defines herself as a "people pleaser" and loves meeting new people and helping them achieve their dreams.

Kat’s customer service and creative background in other industries was a perfect prelude to working in the family business! She is able to channel her past experiences and expertise to best serve their clients. Kat believes that you can’t sell a house...but you can help someone find the right house that fits their needs!
